2010 Winchester March Madness

PURCHASE INFORMATION:
Purchases of raffle tickets are not limited to Winchester players and families.
Other towns and remote friends and families may participate as well.
NOTE: Winners do not need to be present to win.

DRAWING WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified by either
telephone, email or both. Delivery of raffle prizes will be made no later than
March 11, 2009. Drawing winners and top seller winner will also be posted on the
tourney website.

ACCEPTED FORMS ON PAYMENT:
This year both electronic purchases via the website and paper raffle tickets will
be accepted for raffle purchases. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RAFFLE TICKETS IF PURCHASED
ELECTRONICALLY?
Purchasers will not receive physical raffle tickets. The system will record
purchases and tourney committee members will place physical tickets into the
raffle drawing. An email confirmation with raffle numbers assigned to you will be
provided.

HOW WILL PROCEEDS BE USED?
100% of raffle donations will be put back into the Winchester Basketball program
to promote basketball in the town of Winchester for all ages.

TOP SELLER AND TEAM SALES CREDIT:
Seller names must be included on web site purchase form to receive proper
seller credit for top seller prizes. This also applies to team sales credit. If seller is
not identified on web purchase then no credit is given to seller.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TOP SELLER CONTEST:
Top sellers must be a current registered Winchester Basketball program player
in the clinic program for Grades 3-5 to participate in the top seller contest. There
will be three (3) top seller prizes for Grades 3-5, one per grade.
